Dana Jones has both personal and professional knowledge of detailed real estate transactions. With her own personal history of relocating eleven times, seven in the last fifteen years alone, she brings a unique understanding and a clients’ perspective to buying and selling real estate in today’s market. Dana’s passion for real estate is ignited by her own experiences.
Dana’s resume casts a wide net across the spectrum of real estate. Her professional career began in mortgage banking as a Senior Loan Processor for Bank of America. She quickly gained merits and honors for her outstanding customer service. Dana grew her experience further by working as a licensed real estate professional for Tennessee National, a Greg Norman master planned golf and waterfront community. In sales, she was well known to her clients and colleagues for her honesty, fairness, tenacity and work ethic.
Perhaps the most impactful real estate experience Dana enjoyed was her work in Louisiana with Summit Contractors, a major local builder, when Hurricane Katrina devastated her town. She worked tirelessly with the company to not just help restore some of the 80% of homes damaged or destroyed (hers being one of those homes), but aided the projects to help people get their lives back to normal.
Dana is a true Southerner from Kentucky. She and her husband, Tracy have lived in North Carolina, Virginia, Florida, Louisiana, Tennessee and California. They are the proud parents of three grown daughters, two granddaughters and a new grandson. In their spare time, they can be found outdoors golfing, hiking and enjoying the pool. They attend Horizon Christian Fellowship in Rancho Santa Fe and are avid participants in the Susan G. Komen walk for the cure.
