“My guiding principles are founded on collaboration; with both clients and peers. This spurs the creativity, enjoyment and success of my business and helps forge valued long-term client relationships.”

Lisa Stennes-Laikind has been representing buyers and sellers since 1992 after relocating to Rancho Santa Fe from the Midwest. She was drawn to San Diego by its unique blend of a small town atmosphere with global sophistication, and over the years has found a deep appreciation for the city’s diverse cultures and infectious entrepreneurial spirit.

Lisa and founding partner Gwyn Rice represent the core of theTEAMadvantage’s reputation for integrity, knowledge, skill and collaborative energy.

“Our team has a tenet to strive for a proactive, hands-on approach to every transaction,” Lisa says. “We build a lasting relationship with each and every client.”

A skilled networker and high achiever, Lisa powers the team’s outreach and exposure efforts. She balances her business between both listing and buyer representation, and embraces working with a diverse clientele.

Having lived in other parts of the U.S. and world, Lisa works frequently with out-of-state and international relocation clients, minimizing their anxieties while facilitating a smooth and enjoyable life transition. In addition, she particularly enjoys working with developers and investors in the construction and remodeling market.

Lisa’s affinity for bringing people together and connecting likeminded individuals is visible throughout the San Diego community. She is actively involved in the San Diego Center for Community Solutions, the Rady Center Children’s Hospital Auxiliary, the Vision of Children Foundation, the American Liver Foundation and the San Diego Museum of Art.

Lisa and her family enjoy occasional retreats to Deer Valley, where downhill and cross-country skiing, hiking and fly-fishing are a small part of the Utah adventure. During these family trips, she has grown close to the Park City, Utah real estate market and has used her extra knowledge to assist San Diegans in their quest for vacation homes in the mountains. Lisa lives on the Del Mar Mesa of Carmel Valley with her husband, Paul, a local biotech executive, and their two daughters, Lara and Elle Marie.
